So, it is the responsibility of ARPA-H program managers to ensure scientific feasibility, scientific merit, scientific soundness, and health impact of ARPA-H funding recommendations. In no way, Congress would allow ARPA-H Director and program managers abuse that power to make tens of millions large awards without any scientific data to even show any scientific feasibility and merit by violating Public Health Act, including COI rule. In no way, Congress gave ARPA-H Director and program managers the power to launder taxpayer money for political gains. However, instead of prioritizing life-saving innovations and speeding medical breakthroughs to patients, the Biden/Harris administration turned ARPA-H into their money laundering machine. They brought corruption and COI to a new level, hired ARPA-H directors and all program managers tied to themselves, and openly and very publicly gave tens of millions of large awards to themselves without any scientific data to even show the feasibility of any project.
